Comments
Took a walk up Ridge 2000 yesterday.
Lots of signs of reasonably recent avalanches on East facing aspect of the ridge, seems to be larger with increasing elevation.
As expected snow on the ridge proper was wind scoured and hard, snow on the lee side of the ridge was definitely wind loaded.
We kept it simple and played it safe sticking to the ridge for most of our ride down.
Truly giant pile of debris in the bottom on Fish bowl from something running full path since the last significant snowfall judging from how visible the debris was.
Will be interesting to see how the new snow settles on the ridge.
