Comments
Spent 5 days at Telemagique in the Callaghan, ending today. Very deep snow and difficult trailbreaking. Couldn't ski anything mellow. Lots of wind-affected snow on the ridgetops, but not below. The only avalanche activity we saw was size 1s from before the 24th. We did a column test on the 25th and nothing went, but the rain crust at ~140 cm was visible. No shooting cracks during trailbreaking.
A whole bunch of new snow fell (>40 cm ) and blew around. On the morning of the 26th we may have heard whumphing from the tents during heavy snowfall, but it wasn't clear.
