Comments
Lots of cracking and a couple of large whumpfs near treeline, 5-15cm soft slab would release on faceted surface of last snowfall in isloated steep convex features, did not propagate or gather mass, did not step down to deeper layers. Mid slope (~900m) a MF crust was found down 25-30cm with facets and decomposing surface hoar which yielded a moderate, sudden planar result on CT, could not replicate with ski cutting. Snow was wind scoured at ridge top, wind pressed/slabby at treeline and somewhat wind affected BTL but still skied well.
