Found less then ideal conditions on east facing slopes with a 5cm hard crust buried below 8-10cm for new storm snow in the morning.
We moved over to Northfacing slopes in the afternoon and found 20-30cms of storm snow which made for excellent conditions.
No recent activity was seen. Temperature stayed relatively stable at around -5 to 0 degrees all day.
