Comments
Skied around asulkan hut for four days.
We skied In the tree triangle, skiers left and right of pterodactyl, young’s peak, seven steps of paradise (has some open crevasses).
The alpine was wind affected with nice pockets of powder.
The Tree triangle skied well with 30cm of storm snow. 30mm surface hoar was observed in the mousetrap open areas at 1900m.
Minor sluffing on steep slopes was observed around the pterodactyl
An attempt was made at forever young on dec 22, skier remote triggered 30 cm slab, and debris ran full path, the party turned around and did not ski the line.
