Evidence of a good avalanche cycle to Size 2.5 from Dec 21 in the Cardiac/Double Exposure area. Bed surface is the Nov rain crust/facet interface. Climbed up idots uptrack, and looked at analog/digital paths, which also ran. Todays storm is building touchy windslabs on previous bed surfaces, and a thin layer of surface hoar. We remoted a Size 1.5 windslab on a previous bed surface here ( N asp Treeline, Lee feature 36-38 deg ) from 15m away. However the whumpf was deep in the facets. Significant windloading ongoing with termps -8c and Mod southerlies. @ 15 cm of new snow by PM
