Comments
We went for a sled ride up to the Bryant Lake area today. Strong southerly winds were stripping southern aspects and redepositing the snow onto northern aspects throughout the day. Windslab was forming at ridge crest with the strong winds and new snow. It stayed cool through the day and snowed lightly with 2-3cm of accumulation. Riding quality remained good but the snow was stiffening up with the strong winds reaching down to valley bottom. Be cautious of fresh wind slab around ridgeline if you will be out the next few days!
