Bourgeau Right

The route is in typical thin condition, with some short sections of unprotectable ice on slab. The approach is particularly shrubby this year. At lower elevations, there isn’t enough snow to generate an avalanche, but from the top of pitch four onward, the ledges are accumulating knee to thigh-deep deposits of snow and sluff debris. I’m unsure how much snow is in the bowl above, but I’d be cautious, especially with wind or new snowfall.
