• Rapid temperature rise to near or above 0°C or wet surface snow.

Spent four days camping and skiing around Mt. Thor and Mt. Hughes.

Mostly walked around, exploring a new area, skiing in the trees and the alpine.

We had dry snow on North and NE aspects down to 1300m until yesterday when it warmed up quite a bit more, heavier wet snow around 1500m.

Loose wet avalanches on most South and West aspects at treeline and below up to size 2.

We noticed a small wind pocket release on a NE aspect in the alpine on Friday.

Small surface hoar was building on sheltered N aspects at treeline and below.
