Comments

Stayed at Lightning Strike Sunday Night.

Woke to 20-40cm of low density blower snow Monday morning. Wind had clearly swung a few times in the evening as some zones were loaded.

Rode South side of Baldy choosing conservative terrain around 25 degrees to start the day and make assessments. No signs of natural activity, no whumpfing and no sluffing. Progressed up to 40 degrees slopes by afternoon, still no activity even on some more wind affected and convex rollers. Crust still evident if you went looking for it while riding.

Overall, a really surprisingly great day of riding with Awesome visibility as the cloud cover was high and was greeted back for the second night with an awesome sunset!!!
