Comments
Another beautiful day to get out and about for the views.
Surfaces varied from hard, previous wind effect to a slightly softening sun crust on south facing slopes in the afternoon sunshine. Good news is that surface hoar is less prevalent here as the weekends storm approaches!
Skinning can be slightly challenging on some wind polished areas. Conditions on the downhill leg were pretty average, but definitely not terrible. Lots has been ridden in the backcountry here with people taking advantage of the weather. Sunscreen up, we've got one more day of this before winter makes a comeback.
