Comments
Short trip up the in the Nile area. Week of very cold temps and little snow made for mediocre riding conditions. Rode East aspect. There was no wind, but observed the beginning of cornice formation overhead. Looking across the highway, major wind affected areas and loose dry snow. Experienced shooting cracks on our way up, no whumpfing or slides observed. Snow quality was great, just needs a lot more of it; everyone hit sharks on the way down.
