Comments
Extensive surface hoar that persisted all day in the shade at lower elevations. Surface hoar may persist on higher, north facing slopes into the week of December 7 ahead of significant (relatively speaking) snow accumulation. Higher elevations are quite sun and wind affected, although did not see any signs of much wind loading.
