Comments
Lots of skier traffic in the Ogdon slide paths above Sherbrooke Lake. Extremely variable, and generally poor ski conditions today. Widespread wind effect, with only the odd sheltered feature at TL having decent skiing. Any slope steeper than 20 that faces south to west has a sun-crust. Some small point release avalanches out of steep rocky terrain with the intense sun. Otherwise no significant instabilities observed.
Beware the cornices above you while choosing and up-track. Especially the first two slide paths are threatened by enormous cornices.
