The lower snow pack, belore 1300m is probably not of great concern in this area, but the upper alpine area is VERY bony with barely enough snow to ski. The last 100m elevation that lead to the final ridge is a shark alley. Most of the proper alpine was VERY wind scoured with variable snow all around. If heading there, be warned that any new snow coming down might NOT hide very well the rocks underneath. Give it time...
