Comments
Strong windstorm from Feb. 13 made for weird snow surface - a mix of wind slab, powder and crust. Dug pit: CTH24 released on the mid-January wet snow crust, found just 65 cm down. Resistant planar fracture. Lots of wind scour - the mid-January crust was deeper last week. Skiing was OK in subtle depressions where powder deposited but otherwise not great.
