Gin Peak Wet Snow on Crust

Riding quality was:

Terrible

Snow conditions were:

• Crusty
• Wet

We rode:

• Mellow slopes
• Open trees

We stayed away from:

• Convex slopes

The day was:

• Cloudy
• Foggy
• Wet

5-10cm of wet snow over the past 24 hrs. Sitting on top of a rain crust (5cm). Some activity evident over past 72 hrs. Lots of tree bombs and loose snow.

The ride out from Hanging Lake back to WOP was not great.
