Heli bombing was happening around the corner so we played it super safe and only went up to the first bench or so (see arrow in picture(. Snow was wonderful if slightly slow due to low angle. ECTN 26, resistant planar, down 35cm or so. Snowpack was sitting at 180cm at the location of the pit, roughly at arrow location in picture.
