Comments
Skiied into approach for Purple Mound. Some wind affected portions exiting tree line at about 2350m. Slab build up under fresh snowfall in evidence. Plenty of snow drifts around large features and in gullys. NS about 7cm. Crossing some shallow drainages at low angles, we would break through supportive crust layer. Loose size 1 skiier triggered release observed on north aspect of Wolverine Ridge.
