Comments
A windy afternoon in the White Pass, we went for a walk in lower angle terrain to make it up to fraser ridge, because our main concern was the wind forming new windslabs. We made the ridge but it was very windy and visibility was almost zero so we turned back. On the ski down we found some small test slopes and were surprised to see just how far and wide these new windslabs were capable of going. We linked up less than 30 degree slopes and skied one at a time to get back to the road.
Ski quality was a bit variable, but still fun and fast.
-2, and strong south wind the whole way!
