• Slab avalanches today or yesterday.

Do not rely on Avalanche Canada danger ratings for the Coq at the moment. It's way spicier than how they assess the current risks.

Please:

-Rely on MIN reports;

-Take safe routes;

-Assess the risk along the way (at different elevations and aspects), and;

-Be prepared to accept that it may be safer to stick to low angle terrain or to turn around to keep it safe.
