- 30cm + of new snow, or significant drifting, or rain in the last 48 hours.
Comments
We seen about 30 cm of new snow overnight with some winds on the ridge lines with temperatures between -8 to -4 degrees. Cornices were developing on the ridgelines,we cut few of them that produced some small slides, size 1 -1.5 , mostly storm snow and some wind slabs in wind loaded spots. snowboarding was great in the trees, sledding was over the head. Visibility was not the best due to stormy weather.
