• Slab avalanches today or yesterday.

The way in along the creek was not a bushwhack as expected, even the elephant trunk had more coverage than expected, although i almost fell in the creek on the ski out and my friend nearly joined me during her gallant effort to rescue me. Beware of the hole.

30-35cm new snow on the moreanal features, fun skiing.

Although limited visibility, we saw few natural size 1-2 avalanches failing on the old storm interface on all aspects just above treeline. While skiing down in the steep trees every steep unsupported feature would slide approximately 25-30cm down but failed to propagate.
