Comments
Climbed Twisted on Oct 27. Found intermittent wind slab in the approach gullies up to 30cm thick. Snow depth was quite variable. No signs of instability that day.
The climb itself was thin in sections, chandeliered and wet on the left side. The top out was thin and puckering.
On Oct 30, while driving past I noted several loose wet avalanches in the gullies, terminating at the retaining wall above the train tracks. It was above zero and lightly rained most of the day.
