Comments
The snow in the North basin was fine for travel, but once on the NW ridge heading into steeper terrain, the wind deposits were quite large, set off a baby slab with some high consequence runouts at 1800m elevation. On a sub peak close to the summit we could see a crown from a recent release. Decided to call it a day. Lots of wind loading going on up there yesterday. forecast for this area was Low/ Low/ Low
