Comments
While we didn't get into avalanche terrain today, we did get the odd view of the mountains. It was snowing with strong westerly winds up high. Alpine and Treeline looked wind-affected. There were lots of rocks showing on exposed ridges and deep-looking slabs in lees. In lower-elevation trees, we found some soft snow over several melt-freeze crusts.
