Comments
Great day out in the Gorge, lots of folks and friends in the parking lots!
Much colder than forecast. Air temp @ 2000m -15 with a sudden plummet at ridge top. Fog and moisture in valley made for a nippy cold.
Sun Crust and Wind Skin galore throughout the area. Tree bombs are crusty and make for variable skiing in lots of areas. Northerly aspects have a wind pressed breakable crust on top and skied kinda not great.
E/SE aspects skied the best, powder and face shots to be had.
