Comments
We had face shots and powder up to the hood at Kakwa Park. There was over 40cm since Tuesday and it was still snowing! We noticed the wind shifted from the southwest to flowing from the northeast.
The limited visibility and blowing snow made it an easy decision to stay out of avalanche terrain. We could see windslabs building throughout the day, even in open trees below Treeline.
