Forster creek above Dave white hut.
Hs 305cm@ 2100m on south facing aspect. 42 degree incline.
Sheer test:column stayed intact (tipped it over and broke on December layer at hs 130cm)

Deep compression test:30 fracture @ 180cm did not sheer.
-4C cloudy and snowing light, wind from west @1230pm
Very small skier triggered crown depth of 60cm on convex cross loaded slope. Ran 10 ft on jan 29th.
Natural size 3 avalanche ran over Forster creek trail on jan 28@ 9am, same slide path ran again at size 3 on jan 30 after overnight snowfall of 18" and significant wind transport on lee slopes.
