Some nice powder to be had in sheltered locations: In the Fraser chutes area west to Southwest aspects at and above treeline had thick wind slab with 5cm fluff on top. No signs of instability except in localized areas where the wind slab wasn't supportive and collapsed into the depth hoar below. Visibility was flat with cloud at ridge top and below obscuring views for most of the day. Wind light south and Temps -5C at 1300m.
