In the ski terrain on the north side of Zoa peak, we observed SH crystals 5mm ish in size sitting atop 10cm of facetting powder. Below this is a crust supportive to boots and skis. Very limited previous wind affect was observed at ridgetop.
We skied the lowest angle terrain we could find for best ski quality.
