Party of 3 on Wolf Peak south slopes. Beauty blue bird day with good skiing.
Cross loading and sastrugi above ~2000m. Pockets of boot top powder can be found below ridgetop and above ~1700m in natural depressions, draws and couloirs. Below ~1700m BTL remains sporty. Alder and deadfall remain obv early season hazards. At mid-day melt freeze 'zipper' crust was forming on surface of solar slopes.
