Comments
Approximately 30 to 40 cms of new snow in Jimmy Jr bowl today. Mostly supportive crust underneath. Skied the trees on lookers left. Fantastic new snow quality, but the base is still a bit lacking with some lurking sharks. No wind effect in the trees.
Up higher in the bowl there was more noticable wind effect on the new snow. Still fantastic ski quality but less deep than in the trees. Lots of moraine sharks, but easy to avoid in the small gullies.
Skin up and ski down the creek was spicy but doable.
