Comments
Explored the run out of a east facing slide path off Cathedral - no more than 2000m elevation. Stable snow with around 15cm of powder. Facet layer from Dec 15th was present underneath the fresh snow. Observed old debris at approximately 2100m and wind loading in the alpine. Good spot that will be even more fun with more coverage - only doable when avalanche hazard is low as it is a slide path with significant overhead hazard.
