Widespread surface hoar 2-8mm over right side up snowpack. Size depending on aspect. Solar input strong in PM creating a crusty on southerly aspects with smaller surface hoar. November 18th melt freeze crust down 45cm producing no propagating results to extended column test. Early Nov down 80cm producing no results.
