Comments
First day of the session. Was not expecting much. I was surprised at how good the day was. We made it to the top of the bald hills and had a few gentle powder turns on our way down to the hitching post and took the rd out to the car to avoid the summer trail witch was looking a little ruff to exit. Around 60cm of settled snow at the tree line. wind effect above treeline but still decent skiing for early November. Many early session hazards out there. The small snowpack felt quite supportive I suspect the worm rain event helped with that. Not a bad start I would say! Happy winter
