Comments
Rapid reloading and wind effects observed > 2000m in lee aspects. No signs of instability, however convex rolls were being significantly loaded throughout the day on east faces (skin track covered in lee pockets within 1 hour). Foot pen 40cm at treeline, 30cm in alpine. Overall better than expected snow. Some sluffing on >30 degree slopes in treeline observed. Consistent cold snowpack. Could not continue higher due to thick pocket of fog in glacier.
