Comments
Field day in the Narraway just outside Kakwa park- Low snowpack of approximate 20-90+ cm depending on aspect. Surface melt freeze crust dissapeared later in day on south aspects due to warming. Compression test results were reactive on Surface Hoar layer down 35cm. Entire snowpack was extremely faceted, only upper 35cm were dense/rounded snow.
