November 21 SH/FC (10-20mm) was down 30-40cm and was reactive to skier traffic, lots of cracking and whumphing in open areas up to 2100m. The distribution of the surface hoar is widespread below 2100m.
Heads up for this layer when more load is put on it and the overlying slab stiffens.
