Comments
Strong winds from south and new snow falling had real-time rapid loading and soft slab formation on full display. We poked around small features at mid elevations and found 20-50 cm new snow in loaded NE-NW aspects. Poor visibility and shooting cracks made the decision to stay out of the alpine easy today. No new avalanches to report on, but as this storm progresses, so will the hazard!
