Comments
Dust on crust! The 5-10cm of new wind blown snow is not bonding well to the refreeze crust. Even in the trees, mellow turns sloughed all snow down to the crust. The snow was better in sheltered areas. Riding steep open terrain above the lake is asking for disaster until things change.
