Comments
Good travel up Burstal Pass trail. Very thin coverage on lower Robertson moraines. November 6th rain crust helped carry our weight and persisted up to 2300m. HS60 at start of glacier, HS80-140 mid glacier and 175cm near the col at 2800 m. Good skiing on glacier in 10 cm's of low density snow on top of wind pressed snow. Followed our track down carefully through the moraines to stay away from hundreds of rocks hidden by just 5-10 cm's of low density snow.
