Comments
Set tracks to WTH on Monday AM, no signs of previous skin tracks. Latter half of logging road was a creek. No movement in the dense trees between 1400-1600m. Crossing the creek around 1600-1650 was tricky - low coverage meant few safe opportunties to head west. Lake was probably frozen (skirted it monday afternoon, partially crossed it tues am). No movement on convex micro featuresh between 1750-1850. On Monday, saw surface hoar in clear and treed areas, crystals will likely have slightly rounded w warmer temps on tues and buried with wed snow. Evidence of size 1-1.5 sluffing on west facing slopes. Massive intact cornice on north side of rohr ridge. ~ -15c in the shade Monday, ~ -10c in the shade Tues.
