Comments
Great runs up Mongolia. Skied into Mongolia bowl then back into falling stat. Foot pen balls deep on the top of the ridge. 95% of the run was powder, 5% powder with some crust underneath. No signs of instability while skiing. Saw evidence of avalanches from the last rain cycle. Debris is not well covered and very hard to ride on.
Noticed the wind pick up massively at 4pm (trees were swaying) on our way out.
