Comments
We ascended from Cerise Creek on a cloudless day, starting at 8:40 am. Temperature at 7:30 am was about -8 C, but likely up to 0 C through the trip duration. Crusty and hard for the first 40 min or so past Cayoosh Creek to about 1250 m elevation. Then softer and powdery from about 1500 m and higher. Stopped at about 2100 m due to lack of ice axe and crampons. Skied Equinox all the way into the gully to the uphill track.
