Cabin trip feb 12-14. Heard lots of whumphs on the way in as the snowpack settled with those warm sunny temps. Quite the surface hoar development over the past few days! Rode north and south aspects around the cabin. Grassy S side very wind/sun affected, crusty/ punchy. N side was alright. Really warm temperatures. On the lookout for tree bombs and avoiding risky terrain. Beautiful days!
