Comments

We spent a short day out in the area above, bryant lake, and we saw an avalanche that we guessed happened in the last 48 hours. The avalanche seemed to be a natural avalanche that failed on the weak sugary crystals above the crust that is everywhere in the white pass.

We estimated it to be a size 2 ( large enough to hurt or bury a person)

It was on a north aspect at 1300m and it started on a convex roll near some rocks.

We decided as a group to avoid convex slopes after seeing it, until we have a chance to get more information.
