Comments
Skied a short lap in the Molars area to get a feel for all this new snow. Widespread whumphing and avalanche activity observed on all aspects. Great care was taken in terrain selection. Turned around at 2000m before steep or open slopes were reached and wallowed back to the base area. Snow is spectacular where enough speed can be gained to enjoy it.
