Mostly pitting and testing today. Test pit at 1980m WSW asp 31 deg slope. CTM (14) SP down 48 on Surface Hoar/old facets over 170216 crust repeated. ECTM (14) SP down 48 as above, entire block slid. ECTM (18) SP down 65 on facets directly over 170216 crust. RB4 down 48-52 on SH/Facets over 170216 crust.
We also retrieved depth hoar with striations to 4mm from a shallow snowpack over rocky terrain to 4mm.
Ski cuts moving today's snow in shallow soft slabs on lee features above 2000m.
