Comments
Skied the chutes after the storm added about 30cm of new snow on top of the existing layers. Consistent wind along the ridge with some strong gusts. Plenty of snow transport as a result causing fresh tracks to be filled in over the course of the day. Some of the chutes further along had a lot of wind effect on the entrance.
We avoided skiing the chutes that had large convex features on them as we were wary of the stability after the unexpected snowfall along with the wind.
Fantastic skiing with about 5 or 6 other groups in the area throughout the day.
